Before you watch
This testimony contains graphic descriptions of sex trafficking, domestic violence, childhood sexual abuse, and a full demonic deliverance session including named spirits and physical manifestations. What makes it worth watching is the specificity of what God dismantled — not just a lifestyle but a legal demonic claim — and Sequoia's complete absence of shame in the telling.
What this story teaches
People do not stay in destructive lifestyles because they love them — they stay because shame convinces them they are too far gone for anything better. The moment shame loses its grip, the door to freedom opens.
How God moved
God was protecting Sequoia from death for years before she knew him — shielding her in hotel rooms, warning her through the Spirit, sparing her life repeatedly. He did not wait for her to clean herself up. He met her in the baptism room in her street clothes and broke what years of addiction had built in a single moment. He fought for her soul against the highest-ranking enemy she had ever faced.
The lie Sequoia carried
I felt like trash. Like just trash being taken out. I felt like my life had no meaning.
What Jesus showed her
She carried the wound of childhood sexual violation, maternal rejection, and years of being treated as property — believing she was trash with no meaning. The shame of what she had survived and what she had done to survive it kept her from freedom even after she first encountered God.
He is everything that I was looking for as a little girl. He's my comforter, my provider. He's a good father. He kept me from death and delivered me without shame.
Go Deeper
And I always say because a lot of people stay in addiction and all these lifestyles because of shame. And that was the biggest thing of mine. I dealt with so much shame because I couldn't believe what I had put myself through. I couldn't believe what I put my children through. But when I got saved, there was no shame in my God. There was no shame in Jesus. And I speak boldly. I testify. I go out and I tell everybody about Jesus because of what he did for me. There is no shame in God. There is no condemnation. He makes all things new. And we don't have to carry our shame because God already did it on the cross. Jesus died and took our shame so we can walk boldly. So anyone who has anything to say about you from your past — you know, we are only vessels. When people condemn you, they're vessels for the devil. And you just plead the blood of Jesus and he will give you heavenly peace. That is the lie of the enemy — that you are worthless, that your life has no meaning. You are beautiful. You have so much meaning and so much life left.
People do not stay in destructive lifestyles because they love them — they stay because shame convinces them they are too far gone for anything better. The moment shame loses its grip, the door to freedom opens.
What you can take from this
If shame is the thing keeping you from walking into a church or asking for help this week, name it out loud to one safe person — shame cannot survive being spoken in the light.
I felt like trash. Like just trash being taken out. I felt like my life had no meaning. The rejection from my mother, the childhood violation, the bullying — I believed I was worthless and different and that nobody wanted me.
That's how the enemy gets us — he gets us from getting free from bondage by keeping us in shame. He would tell me, 'What are you doing in this church? You're not worthy to be in this church.' I wrestled with my salvation. I couldn't believe what I had put myself through, what I put my children through.
I went from smoking to drinking to being completely blacked out drunk, making $2,000 in a night and waking up with nothing. I was drinking myself into oblivion. I hadn't been sober since I was 18. Going cold turkey could have killed me — that's how bad my addiction was.
The spirit spouse said, 'I own her. I own her.' The incubus — he just wouldn't leave me alone. He dealt with the spirit spouse first. It was very stubborn. It had to be cast out with the blood of Jesus.
I was getting attacked almost every night. Every night I was getting what we call sleep paralysis. But I knew it was demonic because I could see them. I could literally see the demonic entities. They were choking me. I was levitating. My children were getting tormented.
I tattooed all three of his clubs in the back of my neck with the all-seeing eye. That was like almost like me writing my name in blood to him. I didn't think about what type of spiritual contract I was binding myself to. That's how the enemy works — the devil works in legalism.
My mother put me out at 18 for her boyfriend. I felt like trash being taken out. The rejection I felt was awful. I didn't understand why as my mother she didn't stick up for me. That rejection spirit followed me — I always felt very different, never fit in anywhere.
When I was in the world, he would tell me, 'What are you doing in this church? You're not worthy to be in this church.' And the voice at the baptism tank: 'You're not worthy to get in that water.' Anytime you get out of any lifestyle and you hear condemnation, that is not God — that is the devil.
I told God that he had all authority and I completely surrendered. There was nothing nothing that I wanted.
He said, 'Sequoia, renounce Beelzebub.' And I did. I renounced Beelzebub.
They were calling out Leviathan, Jezebel, Legion. They called out the spirit of python, Jezebel, Leviathan, Legion, rejection, bitterness, witchcraft, unforgiveness, perversion, spirit spouse, incubus, Delilah, Beelzebub, and Lucifer. They were warring with Lucifer over my soul.
He said, 'No, throw her in that tank with what she has on.' I get baptized and addiction completely broke. I hadn't been sober since I was 18.
I deleted all my social media. Everything I deleted social media. I blocked everyone that was not conducive to my life.
I'm going to church. I'm doing it. I join small groups cuz we have a large church.

A woman from a life of sexual sin encounters Jesus, is forgiven completely, and walks away without shame.
Sequoia's Christian Walk
Trafficked, addicted exotic dancer who felt like trash with no meaning → delivered new creation, called to the nations, walking without shame as a daughter of God.
Alcohol addiction completely broke at baptism — sober for the first time since age 18. Lust and perversion broke the same day. Deleted all social media and cut off everyone not conducive to her life. Enrolled children in school. Reading the Bible with supernatural clarity. Attending church and small groups. Walking without shame.
He's made me a new creation. I was always a very mean person, very selfish, and he gave me a heart of flesh.
Alcohol addiction — 'addiction completely broke. I hadn't been sober since I was 18.' Lust and perversion also broke at the same moment of baptism.
Addiction completely broke. Lust had broke. The spirit of Jezebel, needing to be seen — I deleted all my social media. Rejection, bitterness, witchcraft, unforgiveness, perversion, spirit of python, Jezebel, Leviathan, Legion, spirit spouse, incubus, Delilah, Beelzebub, Lucifer — they were cast out. All cravings taken. No shame.
After baptism and deliverance, Sequoia experienced intensified spiritual warfare — levitating on her bed, her children being tormented — for a month until her full deliverance session. Her children's father has not seen the children since the near-fatal assault, leaving her as a single mother of four.
It's nothing that I did. There's no works that I can ever do. He'll love me just the same.
Testifying boldly about Jesus and her deliverance; called to go to the nations; interceding for women in trafficking, strip clubs, and addiction; speaking against shame as a barrier to freedom.
Prayer
The power of Prayer — praying mother stood in the gap for Sequoia.
Her mother never stopped praying for her and never stopped looking for her, even while Sequoia was unreachable in the lifestyle. She brought Sequoia to a church where a woman prophesied over her life and introduced her to another woman who took her to the radical 24-hour church where her deliverance journey began. A woman at the hospital also prayed for her son to survive when she nearly miscarried after being assaulted.
Sequoia closes their testimony with a prayer for you.
