Jade
“I was a functioning alcoholic deep in the New Age — spirit guides, ayahuasca, Reiki, astral projection — and Jesus appeared to me on a Sunday morning and supernaturally removed the addiction, the anxiety, and the panic attacks that same day.”

Before you watch
This testimony contains graphic descriptions of sexual assault, years of alcohol and drug addiction, self-harm, suicidal ideation, and deep occult involvement including ayahuasca ceremonies and demonic torment. What makes it worth watching is the specificity of what Jesus removed — instantly and completely — and Jade's unflinching honesty about how dark the New Age truly was behind the wellness facade.
What this story teaches
People searching for healing through the New Age are not spiritually indifferent — they are spiritually hungry. The enemy exploits that hunger by offering counterfeit versions of everything God actually provides: peace, identity, healing, community, and purpose. The door into the New Age is almost always a genuine unmet need.
How God moved
God never stopped pursuing Jade even when she threatened to end her relationship with her mother if God was mentioned. He sent his voice to her in the middle of cocaine binges, protected her from going further into the occult, and waited until she was at absolute rock bottom before breaking through in a single Sunday morning. He didn't wait for her to clean herself up — he came to her in the mess.
The lie Jade carried
I just wanted to be loved and accepted — I felt like what else do I have, I have nothing; people hurt me, people abuse me, people come and go, so I stayed with someone I knew was bad news because I was so broken I felt that's what I deserved.
What Jesus showed her
Jade had carried a core wound of worthlessness and unlovability — she stayed in an abusive relationship because she felt that's what she deserved, and she sought male acceptance through compulsive sexual encounters because she believed she had nothing and no one. Jesus named the lie the day he converted her: everything she had been doing to fill that void was wrong.
He supernaturally removed the alcohol addiction, the chronic anxiety, and the panic attacks the very day I surrendered. He totally removes it from you — I don't even believe I was an alcoholic anymore. That's what a new creation in Christ means.
Go Deeper
Get yourself into a church that's founded on the word of God — they do not stray from that word of God even the tiniest bit. Ask the Holy Spirit to help you find it. Start engaging with the Holy Spirit, speaking to the Holy Spirit, getting a very good prayer life in place. Get yourself a surrounding of other followers of Christ — people that are not going to lead you astray. When you truly surrender to Jesus Christ your circle should change. Read his word daily and meditate on his word daily — start in the gospels, start to learn about Jesus Christ. Go through a discipleship course that tells you the foundational things of being a Christian, what it means. You have to fully surrender to him — we cannot have one foot in and one foot out, one foot in the world. Do I want to truly follow Jesus Christ? That's what it comes down to.

What you can take from this
If you or someone you love is in the New Age, wellness spirituality, or any practice that promises healing through energy, crystals, or spirit contact — this week, look up one New Age to Jesus testimony on YouTube. The pattern Jade describes is not unique to her.
Jade identifies generational curses as playing a major part in her life and family's lives from childhood — the spirit of depression manifesting at age 9, irrational fears, and darkness that she now understands as generational demonic inheritance.
From childhood Jade felt darkness around her at night, felt things watching her, and ran and jumped on her bed to avoid something grabbing her feet. During the New Age years this escalated to nightmares from the pits of hell, nightly panic attacks, insomnia, and physical pushing of her leg as she fell asleep.
From binge eating at 16, to cigarettes, to alcohol at 18, to marijuana at 19, to cocaine, MDMA, ecstasy, a short stint of ice, and finally ayahuasca — each substance opened the next door. Jade describes feeling the pull to smoke ice before work as the moment she recognised the addiction forming.
The New Age presented itself as healing for anxiety, stress, and depression. Within a year Jade went from 10-minute meditation to spirit guides, alien downloads, star seed identity, Reiki, pendulums, crystals, and ayahuasca — each step deepening demonic access while she believed she was healing.
During a spirit guide meditation, a familiar spirit masqueraded as Jade's deceased grandfather to lure her into believing she could connect with the dead. This was the entry point that drew her deeper into the New Age.
After each sexual encounter Jade felt terrible shame and depression, journalled vows to stop, then repeated the same behaviour the next day. After the third sexual assault at age 30, shame engulfed her and she gave up hope entirely. The shame kept the cycle locked.
After her long-term relationship ended at 25, Jade describes a spirit of lust taking over — she could only engage sexually when drunk, as if a spirit would take over. She describes it as a demon highway opened through soul ties, with every sexual encounter adding more demonic access.
The devil attacked Jade's identity as a teenager — she didn't know her identity in Christ so she looked to the world. She adopted an 'emo' identity, then a 'self-healer' identity, then a 'star seed' identity — each a counterfeit filling the void where her true identity in Christ should have been.
After conversion, a close family member cut Jade off entirely because of her public Christian witness. Jade identifies this as demonic — 'demons operating here going let's go and attack her' — using a family relationship to pressure her away from her faith.
I had immediate conviction to go around my apartment and get rid of everything New Age right then and there. I got a big garbage bag, I chucked all the crystals in — thousands of dollars, hundreds of dollars, thousands, whatever it cost, it doesn't matter — threw it over my back in a huge bag, went out to the rubbish bin, threw it away.
I had a shower and I came out the shower and I just threw my arms in the air and I surrendered my life to Jesus by myself in my bathroom.
I called my mom — she was in church — and I said 'Jesus is real and I need to come see that man you told me about,' who is now my spiritual father.
I've gone through over a year and a half of deliverance and being delivered from the spirit of the snake — I manifested as a snake — the spirit of witchcraft, the spirit of pride. About six months later I was delivered from the spirit of depression in a church service.
The most important thing, number one, the biggest thing we do is we have a relationship with God and we read his word daily and we meditate on his word daily. Starting the gospels, start to learn about Jesus Christ.
Hosea 4:6
Jade quotes 'my people perish because of lack of knowledge' to explain why she backslid at 26 and why she lacked spiritual protection.
John 10:10
Jade references 'the devil comes to steal, kill and destroy' to describe the enemy's operation in her life by age 34.
1 Thessalonians 5:17
Jade quotes 'pray without ceasing' as a foundation of her current daily practice.
2 Corinthians 5:17
Jade explicitly invokes 'new creation in Christ' as the theological basis for her complete transformation and freedom from alcoholism.
Jade grew up in church, rejected God entirely, spent years in destructive living, then returned to the Father who had never stopped waiting.
Jade was actively hostile to Jesus and the New Age was her identity when a sudden supernatural revelation stopped her and converted her instantly.
Jade describes herself as a 'shell of a person' and 'broken' before God breathed new life into her through conversion and ongoing deliverance.
Jade repeatedly describes the veil and darkness lifting, light being shone in her apartment, and seeing through new eyes at the moment of conversion.
Jade's Christian Walk
New Age star seed on a self-healing journey, drowning in addiction, sexual trauma, and demonic oppression → delivered, born-again believer who now exposes the New Age and ministers deliverance to others.
Alcohol addiction supernaturally removed — nearly two years sober with no desire to drink. Chronic anxiety and all panic attacks left the same day she surrendered. Delivered from the spirit of depression six months later in a church service. Now able to lay hands on people and see healings. Relationship with her mother restored. Life of purpose replacing years of hopelessness.
When you're a new creation in Christ if you truly believe you're a new creation you will be a new creation — I don't even believe I was an alcoholic.
Alcohol addiction — 'supernaturally removed the alcohol addiction that day'; chronic anxiety and all panic attacks — 'the anxiety went, chronic anxiety went that day as well, so all the panic attacks left.'
Supernaturally removed the alcohol addiction that day. The anxiety went — chronic anxiety went that day as well, so all the panic attacks left. About six months later I was delivered from the spirit of depression in a church service. I've been delivered from the spirit of the snake, I manifested as a snake, the spirit of witchcraft, the spirit of pride — all these things we need deliverance from.
A close family member cut Jade off because of her public posting about Jesus. She also went through over a year and a half of ongoing deliverance ministry to be freed from spirits she had carried since before conversion, including the spirit of depression, witchcraft, pride, and the spirit of the snake.
Running a YouTube channel and Instagram exposing New Age practices (crystals, Reiki, yoga, ayahuasca) as demonic, using firsthand experience. Also discipling new believers, going on ministry trips, laying hands on the sick, and performing deliverance ministry.
Prayer
The power of Prayer — Praying mother stood in the gap for Jade.
Jade's mother pleaded the blood of Jesus Christ over her every day throughout her years in addiction and the New Age, even while Jade lied to her about what she was doing and threatened to end their relationship if she mentioned God. Jade credits her mother's intercession with stopping her from going further down paths she felt pulled toward. On the day of conversion, her mother was in church when Jade called — she ran into the toilet because she knew in her spirit something was happening.
Whatever you carry right now, you can bring it to Him. You don’t need the right words.
“Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
Romans 10:13
If you don’t know how → Just ask him
Pray for anyone currently in the New Age who is genuinely searching for healing and doesn't know that what they are looking for has a name — and that name is Jesus. Pray that the veil lifts for them the way it lifted for Jade on that Sunday morning.
Is today your day?
Absolutely, He will.
You don't have to figure everything out right now.
You don't need to have all the answers.
If something stirred in your heart while you were watching or reading — that's not nothing.
That is the Holy Spirit gently knocking on the door of your heart.
Stay right here. There's no rush. The Spirit doesn't pressure or hurry.
Watch another video. Read a little more. Take your time.
When you're ready — even if “ready” just means a little curious — Jesus is ready to meet you.
You don't have to clean up your life first.
You don't have to pass any test.
You only need to say a simple “yes” to Him.
He will take care of the rest.
“So I say to you: Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.”
